Constant worry and anxiety, your stomach aches, you get dizzy and can’t breathe. Every muscle in your body reacts to anxiety and eventually you have a panic attack. You are always tired, but can’t sleep.
Concentration is a thing of the past and anxiety and panic cause you to feel tense and jumpy. You are always thinking the worst thing is going to happen if you go around that corner.
Fear, the definition of fear is:
- A feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the presence or imminence of danger. There’s that word anxiety again.
-A state or condition marked by this feeling
-A reason for dread or apprehension
-To be uneasy or apprehensive
Anxiety attacks, known as panic attacks in health circles, are periods of intense panic or fear. Anxiety attacks do occur suddenly and without warning.
Anxiety attacks usually last about ten minutes, and they seldom last more than a half hour. But during that little bit of time, that can feel like eternity, the fear can be so intense that you feel as if you’re about to die or totally lose control. The physical symptoms are themselves so scary that you believe you are having a heart attack. After an anxiety attack is over, there is always the fear of when will I have the next one, particularly in a public place where help isn’t available or you can’t easily get away.

anxiety remedy
Thanks for the post! Deep breathing exercises are excellent for anxiety and many people report positive results from meditation. Some other natural anxiety remedies to look into are St.John’s Wort, SAMe, L-Theanine, and Tryptophan.
